Victor Martinez

Victor Martinez is a paralegal at Trinity Capital. Victor assists the General Counsel with maintaining Trinity’s corporate books and records, business licenses, corporate entities, placing certain legal documents into custody, and reviewing certain documents and records related to Trinity’s loan and equipment financing transactions.

Prior to joining Trinity, Victor worked as a paralegal for international law firms and fortune 500 companies for the past 18+ years. Victor received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University in 2002.

Victor resides with his wife Diane and three children in Tempe, AZ. On the weekends, you can find Victor coaching his daughters’ soccer teams and volunteering at his church. When his son turns 18, they both have agreed to travel to South Africa and replicate Dude Perfect’s Bucket List: South Africa, which includes bungee jumping off of The Bloukrans Bridge which stands at 708 feet above the Bloukrans River.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.

Brown has a B.S. in business administration and marketing from McNeese State University and is a current Small Business Investor Alliance – Western Regional Committee member.
