Myron Jensen

Myron Jensen is a director of Portfolio for Trinity Capital. In this role he is responsible for the structuring, financial analysis, underwriting, credit risk rating, and client relationship management of debt and equity capital investments within the existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Trinity, Jensen spent 6 years at Silicon Valley Bank where he was a founding member of the bank’s Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Healthcare Practice.

As a Vice President of Portfolio at Silicon Valley Bank, he specialized in senior debt financing for growth stage technology, medical device, and biotech companies and worked in tandem with relationship managers to deliver the bank’s platform to C-level executives of both existing and potential clients.

Jensen earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.

Brown has a B.S. in business administration and marketing from McNeese State University and is a current Small Business Investor Alliance – Western Regional Committee member.
