Luke Arnesen

Luke Arnesen serves as a Director of Credit for Trinity Capital and is responsible for analyzing incoming investment opportunities along with providing recommendations to the Investment Committee.

Luke has over five years of venture debt experience with a focus on underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Trinity, Luke was an Assistant Vice President at Bridge Bank where he evaluated and structured transactions for venture backed companies along with managing a credit portfolio. Before Bridge, Luke was a Relationship Manager at CIBC Innovation Banking.

Luke received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Originally hailing from Minnesota, Luke’s interests include traveling, hiking, scuba diving, surfing, and Indiana Hoosiers basketball. One of his bucket list items is to visit every continent.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.

Brown has a B.S. in business administration and marketing from McNeese State University and is a current Small Business Investor Alliance – Western Regional Committee member.
