Chief Vibes Officer

Lindsay Watson

Lindsay Watson is the Chief Vibes Officer at Trinity Capital. It’s the “fun job” at Trinity! This unique role allows her to pour into staff + culture, curate Trinity events and brand swag that is stylish for all to wear.

Prior to Trinity, Lindsay spent time in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors with roles including producer of large-scale fundraisers for a local nonprofit focused on the next generation, event planner for hundreds of women to connect in relationship in the local church and was in management for an American fashion retailer. This role truly encompasses Lindsay’s desire to connect and engage with people, throw great events while sporting some exceptional brands with Trinity’s name on it.

Lindsay has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Communication and Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University.

While Lindsay is anchored in Chandler, Arizona, she loves to paddleboard on the open water, traveling the world with her husband to zipline through the jungles of Costa Rica and walk the back roads of Greece asking “how many other ‘tourists’ have walked here?”. Lindsay has her sights set on seeing a panda eating bamboo in the wild in China!
