Brendan Carr serves as a Director on the Tech Lending team based in Boston, MA. He has been an active member of the emerging-growth tech ecosystems for the last decade having sourced and managed client relationships nationwide.

Brendan joined Trinity from Bridge Bank where he originated and managed venture-backed clients spanning seed to growth stage. No stranger to the startup journey himself, Brendan held various strategy and product roles at a venture-backed insurtech company.

He started his career at RBS Greenwich Capital in the Global Markets Group in Stamford, CT and London, England.

Brendan is a graduate of the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University where he was four-year letterman on the Men’s NCAA golf team. Brendan spends his time playing golf, skiing (sometimes uphill), fishing, and traveling.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
