Andrew Ghannam

Andrew Ghannam serves as a Managing Director on the Tech Lending team and is based in Brooklyn, NY. He has been an active member of the NYC tech community for 10 plus years, with a track record of working with tech and consumer companies throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.

Andrew joined Trinity from Pacific Western Bank, where he served as Co-Head of the Tech Venture Bank working with venture-backed technology and consumer companies by providing debt and banking services. He was a key contributor to Pacific Western Bank’s success in New York after its acquisition of Square 1 Bank. Prior to his tenure at Pacific Western Bank, Andrew worked at Comerica Bank.

Andrew graduated from Northeastern University where he received a Bachelor’s in Finance and minored in Economics.

While Andrew enjoys the hustle and bustle of venture debt in NYC his favorite job was pedaling the Swan Boats in the Boston Public Garden.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.

Brown has a B.S. in business administration and marketing from McNeese State University and is a current Small Business Investor Alliance – Western Regional Committee member.
