Rachel Bloomer
Rachel Bloomer serves as Trinity’s Human Resources Director. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in several areas of HR including compliance, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, coaching, performance management and policy development.
Prior to Trinity, Rachel served as Vice President of Human Resources at Innovative Discovery, where she managed all facets of HR. She also spent over 6 years with MidFirst Bank, supporting their extensive growth in the Phoenix market, including a new partnership with ASU, the opening of 19 banking centers, and two company acquisitions. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
Rachel is a graduate from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, earning her BBA in Human Resource Management.
Rachel enjoys travel – especially within Europe and the Caribbean, running, listening to music and podcasts, watching Minnesota Vikings football, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.
He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
