We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient professional that thinks strategically and collaborates effectively to help Trinity achieve its financial and regulatory reporting obligations. The ideal candidate understands investment company accounting, regulatory reporting and compliance. The role covers a wide range of responsibilities that include financial and tax reporting.
We are looking for a well-rounded individual with solid inter-personal skills, at least six years of accounting experience, and a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growing financial services business. It is important for this individual to have the highest ethical standards and to fit into a company culture of integrity, humility, honesty, and transparency. This individual should be able to work both independently and be engaged with a collaborative team environment that values continuous learning. This position is based full-time, on-site, at our beautiful Downtown Phoenix Office.
